Wonderfully powerful video…Thank you Bernadette!
You’re so welcome Jon. Thanks! Bernadette 🙂
Thanks for your video. I have grown increasingly more and more uncomfortable in my own skin over the last 5 years. I’m 47, remarried and have 2 children and 3 step children. I find myself growing less and less social over time. I have taken something for depression for 20 years. I’ve always been a “worry wort”, lately even more so. I imagine horrible things happening to my kids, myself and the people I love. My parents divorced when I was 11 and I’m an only child.
Hey Dina, thanks for sharing your situation. I thought to share with you a resource I created for dealing with worry. I too was a worry wort for a very long time and have used the tips in this article/video to help me step out of worry and into calm. I hope it may be useful for you too. Love, Bernadette
Social self consciousness ?
Great help ???? it’s true and always back to our thoughts and reactions.
Thanks Eve 🙂
This was such a great video. So many feelings that I feel everyday in social settings were captured by it and such feelings can really get overwhelming sometimes. A lovely reminder that we were born enough and any thoughts saying otherwise are simply just thoughts, not facts. Learning to accept yourself and be enough for yourself is definitely a journey but hopefully will find that peace someday! Thanks Bernadette 🙂
So glad this was helpful! Much love to you, B
