Podcast Episode 40: How Do I Feel Better About Myself?

The most important relationship in your life, bar none, is the relationship that you have with yourself.

The reason is… you have to be with yourself 24×7, decade after decade after decade. And if you don’t have a good, loving, empowered relationship with yourself, and instead you have a negative relationship with yourself, it’s very painful.

Wherever you go, there you are! There’s no escaping what goes on inside your mind and emotional system.

There can be painful thoughts, sometimes self-loathing thoughts, sometimes quite toxic thoughts toward ourselves. We may think and say things to ourselves we would never think or say to another person about them, but we would allow and tolerate ourselves having our mind run those thoughts about ourselves. And all of this leads us to not feel good inside!
