5. In the past, how did I deal with similar situations — and how can I now show up with more power, calm, grace, and effectiveness?
6.What have I made this situation mean about myself or life — and does that story serve me?
7. Is this situation touching an old raw nerve I’ve been carrying inside long before this chaos began?
8. If so, what stored belief, emotion, or old energy is being triggered right now?
9. Have I taken time to process my feelings about what’s happening? If not, what feelings am I ready to release — and am I willing to take that time now?
10. If there were other ways of viewing this situation, what might they be?
