Right of Withdrawal

This page explains your right of withdrawal and our voluntary money-back guarantee for purchases made through www.bernadettelogue.com. It applies to all customers globally who purchase online products and services from ABBH Global FZ-LLC, based in the United Arab Emirates (“we,” “us,” “Bernadette Logue”).

Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of purchase.

Our Voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

On top of your statutory right above, we voluntarily offer a 30-day satisfaction money-back guarantee on all products, courses, programs, and memberships (excluding private 1:1 coaching). This is a full-participation satisfaction guarantee: it applies where you have logged in, fully participated in the Service, and — having genuinely engaged with it — are not satisfied. It does not cover change of mind, change of circumstance, or simply not finding time to use what you bought. It is separate from, and additional to, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal above, which always applies unconditionally — including for a change of mind, regardless of participation.

This 30-day guarantee applies to everything we sell except 1:1 private coaching sessions with Bernadette. For 1:1 private coaching, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies, and the terms in our Coaching Declaration govern refunds for sessions already delivered.

How to Withdraw

You can withdraw in either of these ways, at any time during your withdrawal period:

  1. Log into your Customer Hub at https://checkout.bernadettelogue.com/updateinfo/ and click the “Withdraw” button. This button is available throughout your withdrawal period and disappears once it ends. When you click it, we’re notified and will process your refund promptly and confirm to you via email that this has been completed.
  2. Or email us at support@bernadettelogue.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you don’t have to.

To meet the deadline, it’s enough that you send your withdrawal notice (by either method) before your withdrawal period ends.

Ongoing Subscriptions vs. Payment Plans

These two work differently, so it’s worth knowing which you have:

Ongoing subscriptions (for example, The Circle, or a 1:1 coaching retainer) are open-ended and bill on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel an ongoing subscription at any time with one click in your Customer Hub. Cancelling stops any future billing — but it is not the same as a refund. If you want a refund within your guarantee window, use the “Withdraw” button (or email us) instead.

Payment plans (installments) are not subscriptions. A payment plan is a single, fixed-price purchase that is delivered to you up front and simply paid for in scheduled installments. When you choose a payment plan, you are committing to the full purchase price. You still have your full 14-day right of withdrawal and our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, on the terms set out above — if you withdraw within that window, your plan is stopped and refunded accordingly. After that window closes, the remaining installments stay payable for products and services already delivered or in delivery. For this reason, payment plans are not self-cancellable in the Customer Hub the way ongoing subscriptions are.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we’ll refund your payments without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we’re notified. We’ll use the same payment method you used for the original purchase. The one exception is 1:1 private coaching that has already partly begun or been fully delivered: in that case your refund is reduced by the value of all sessions already delivered, as set out above.

Products You Ask to Start Immediately

  • Digital content and downloads (videos, audio, course materials, workbooks) are made available to you immediately on purchase. Immediate access does not remove your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Our voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee then applies on the participation terms above.
  • For 1:1 private coaching, your 14-day right of withdrawal applies (the 30-day guarantee above does not cover private coaching). Within those 14 days, sessions already delivered are non-refundable, and if you withdraw you’ll be refunded only for the sessions not yet delivered. See our Coaching Declaration for full details.
