And suddenly persistence turns into self-opposition.
Instead of resilience, we end up fighting ourselves.
Here’s something important to hear:
If you’re doing anything in your life from a place of consistently not feeling good — something is off.
And the answer is rarely more doing.
The most supportive thing you can do in those moments is to stop, soften, and listen.
To come within.
To notice what is actually going on in your nervous system, your emotions, and your deeper mind.
To ask – what do these parts of me need in order to feel safe and settled again, to feel whole, to feel okay as I am, where I am,
Because real movement doesn’t come from force, from lack, from attachment to getting something done before things can be okay.
It comes from alignment, here, now, in this moment.
When your inner state shifts, life begins to flow again.
Decisions feel cleaner.
Action becomes clearer.
And progress starts to unfold naturally.
So pause now.
Left hand on heart, right hand on belly.
Close your eyes and breathe into your belly through your nose.
Ask – what is really going on with me that I am trying to effort my way out of? What do I actually need in this moment?
