Real belonging doesn’t begin with other people.
If you feel like an outsider, the real change actually starts with belonging to yourself first.
Because often all of the above also leads to abandoning ourselves, judging ourselves, being tough on ourselves. We no longer have safety even within our own mind, inner voice and body. Like a war is waging within.
Things change when you come home to yourself first, carrying an inner sense of “I belong to my Self,” then your identity shifts, your beliefs can shift, your nervous system starts to feel safer at home in your own inner world.
And then something powerful happens…
You stop waiting to be chosen, let in, allowed, validated.
You no longer fear connection as you feel safe inside.
You stop standing outside the circle, looking in.
And… even better…
You become the center of your own circle — you consciously create belonging by who you BE first, then where you go, who you choose to be around, and what you invite into your life.
