3 Ways Back into Trust & Faith in the Universe

Feeling guided and supported by life, the Universe, Source, God, Divinity… is priceless.

That guidance and support shows up in both very subtle and sometimes big obvious ways, and is magical and miraculous.

Life IS speaking to you, nudging you, whispering to you.

And when you notice it, in those precious moments of recognition that you are being loved, held, and guided… you just know.

It’s hard to explain to other people. But you feel it, your heart receives it, you remember the truth and you relax.

Repeat – “I am guided. I am supported. I am loved. And the Universe is aware of me and it is helping me.”

That does NOT mean life is always easy or all roses and glory. But there is a sense that all that is occurring is happening for me, not to me.

It’s easy to look around with our eyes and say this is just a 3D world and what I see is all there is. To see challenges and say that it’s evidence of not being supported. To see you don’t have what you want and say that’s just more evidence my Universe has forgotten me or does not guide or support me. This provokes fear, anxiety, powerlessness and all the big feels.

But… you ARE guided and supported. ALL THE TIME.
