What is the Coaching Mastery Intensive?
CMI is a 10-week maturation process for coaches. It is designed to develop the psychological and energetic stability required to hold transformational space — so that you BE the transformation yourself at every level, and ignite it in others.
This mentoring will not hand you a business. It will help you confront the parts of you that prevent you from building one successfully. Because you don’t need another certification, another strategy, another tech solution, or another marketing tactic.
You need to own your power, stand in your gifts and value, and BE an unwavering space for others. You get out of your own way and allow your natural gifts and wisdom to move through you, so others can benefit.
