You've outgrown where you are, you've already decided to make changes, and you're now walking between 2 worlds …
The new world with the changes you're visioning and acting on, and also still attending to your existing old circumstances and responsibilities.
You're holding both.
The key is: you can attend to the things you don't want anymore, that you've outgrown, for as long as you need or have to be there AND simultaneously create the new.
But… attend to it only, you don't have to give it your energy.
Show up with the mindset that you're taking care of what needs to be done, you're attending without feeding the old, without fuelling emotion and energy into what you don't want. You're giving all that energy to the creation of the new, while being responsible for the things that need to be done, from neutral calm.
And it really is an ask sometimes to keep taking care of the circumstances that you've outgrown while you build the new. It can bring up frustration, impatience, anxiousness and more.
So caretake your lovely self. All feelings are welcome, process feelings as they arise so you can carry yourself through this in-between space.
