Body Balancing & Healing Meditation
This is a body healing meditation, using conscious deep breathing to flush energy and awareness through each part of your body on the inhale, and releasing what does not serve you on the exhale.
Through this process you will:
- Become more consciously and intuitively connected to your body.
- Create greater energetic balance in your body.
- Support self-healing.
- Ask questions of your body, and hear any messages your body might be trying to communicate to you.
