Remember these 7 tips and reminders if you’re ever overwhelmed, stressed, alone and unsure in relation to overcome challenges and struggles

  1. You are not alone.
  2. The solution/path already exists, even if you can’t see it yet.
  3. You don’t have to rely just on your own strength (mind and body), as there is a force much greater than you at play in your life and you can all upon that support.
  4. Be willing to see things differently. Use these concepts to see what they open up… a) “This is meant to be happening” b) “This is happening for me, not to me” and c) “What is right about this?”
  5. Don’t think so little of yourself – you are resilient, capable, strong and magnificent at your core soul level. You might not have seen or experienced just as incredible you are, and struggles will bring this out in you if you realize this about yourself and are willing to pull it out of yourself.
  6. Take action, even if it’s only one small action each day.
  7. Consider what mindset will help you to not only survive but thrive. Write down 5 beliefs/thoughts that you know would make a massive difference to your ability to get through this struggle you’re facing.
