7 Minute Daily Breathing Meditation for Presence & Calm

This short guided breathing meditation, based on lengthening your breath, can be used anywhere, any time to bring more presence and calm to your day. For example, use this audio at work during a break, or at home in the evening to switch off from the day and relax.

Breathing meditation helps to counter stress, fear, anxiety, tension, worry, busyness and all the pressures of every day life where you are pushed physically, mentally and emotionally.

Deep, slow, conscious breathing this way (where you relax your belly and let it gently rise and fall as you breathe in and out) is often called “belly breathing” or diaphragmatic breathing and is well known to send a clear signal to your mind and body that you are safe, and that it is okay to relax into calm. It supports your Mind Body Soul balance.

Making deep conscious breathing a daily ritual has noticeably improved my health and wellbeing in the last 5 years and I highly recommend you integrate it into your life as well.
