These 3 insights can (if you're willing) have a profound impact in your life...
There are 3 profound realizations that dramatically changed my life for the better. And I’ve seen how true and powerful these are for other people too, from over a decade of coaching and leading programs. I believe these 3 things are so CRUCIAL to any human being having a peaceful, purposeful and magical life that I make sure to share these insights with anyone new who connects with me. These insights can (if you’re willing) have the same positive impact in your life as they did in mine, and in so many other people’s lives.
Hi Joao, just saw your other message here about fear of not achieving goals. I have a video you might find helpful on fear of failure, as well as a video no how to get motivated to do what’s good for you/what you want (working with your pain/pleasure drivers and your mindset). I hope these resources are useful in some way… https://www.bernadettelogue.com/fear-of-failure/ https://www.bernadettelogue.com/get-motivated/

Hi Joao, that’s a very useful insight to have about your motivation level/drive for the goal, as to what might keep you stuck. In that situation I would often suggest either a) training yourself to look at the goal differently, and to generate new interest in it (it is possible to train yourself and your mind to want the outcome more, though only to a certain extent as there has to be some level of genuine passion/interest/drive for it in terms of a reason to work on the goal). Alternatively, b) consider what goals would have greater interest for you, and where you would feel more compelled to go for it. Sending you warmest wishes! B

my goals are not so strong to overcome my limitations, my reason to get them is not enough to make me take actions
